I wanted to love this company as I like to support local vendors, and they are friendly and helpful on initial contact; so, I feel bad writing a less than positive review. But I have an unresolved issue-- the pressure wash solution dripped onto our outdoor porch furniture and lifted the color on two cushions. I contacted them about it (the furniture is new and the fabric Sunbrella--was surprised they didn't move or ask us to). They said this has never happened before in 23 years and indicated they would come out on Tuesday or Wednesday afternoon the next week. As far as I know, no one came (that was over a week ago). I just had a company clean my indoor furniture and they examined my outdoor cushions as I was hoping they could address it... said it was a color lift from bleach solution so it's permanent. I assumed that as you can see a drip pattern along a line that apparently came from the interior of the porch where the color faded into greenish spots. The cleaning company suggested I leave this review. I'm disappointed and guess I will just flip the cushions or replace them. I understand mistakes happen, but we need to own them.

Based on neighbor's recommendations, I gave Four Seasons Pressure Washing a call and Josh came out to discuss the scope of work and provide an estimate. Not only was his price much lower than I expected, he brought his own water supply, and he offered roof cleaning which I wasn't familiar with. I had him clean the roof and house and was amazed at the results. My dark blue roof had stains all over it before he got started and looked brand new when he was finished. I couldn't believe how effective his roof wash was. We had planned to replace the roof in the coming year or two because of the stains. Josh saved us from wasting a ton of money. He also did a fabulous job on our house and, unlike when I washed it using tons of bleach, none of our bushes died this time! All in all, I'm very grateful to have such a reputable company nearby to take care of our house & roof washing needs. I no longer waste 2 weekends a year doing a mediocre job washing our house myself, and our roof stays looking brand new. I'd highly recommend Josh and his team at Four Seasons Pressure Washing.
