Figured we would get her teeth cleaned while were there. We had the most pleasant experience with Dr Moon. Her staff was very welcoming and Dr Moon is very good with kids. If I lived in the area, I would definitely switch over to her. Thank you for making it a pleasant experience for us!

The office is nice and clean, they are all friendly and accommodating. We never wait long in the lobby. Dr. Moon is so easy to talk to, she's smart and experienced, she's socially savvy and she just gets it. She knows how to run a good practice and leads a great team. We've lived in the area for 10 years and had tried multiple other dentists. One pediatric dentist we visited in Riverstone wouldn't let me go with my children for exams, they all disappeared behind a clouded door while I sat in the lobby. That made me very uncomfortable. In Dr. Moon's office, you're with your kids every moment of the appointment, even if they are having dental work done in the rear rooms. This was really important to me. We recently moved about 15 mins further from the office but I will still continue to use Dr. Moon. The only thing difficult is that many people have discovered how awesome she is, so it's pretty busy, especially during school breaks. I actually hesitated to write a review because I don't want her to get busier! But she will whether I write this review or not, many people recommend her in local forums. You might have to wait to get an appointment but your children will receive care from an excellent dentist.

A good amount of women from a Facebook mom group I'm in had suggest this office to me. The biggest thing that stood out was the therapy dog, so I said "okay... let's try it. This office has got to be something amazing if they have a therapy dog." I was a bit irritated making the appointment just because I was able to schedule my daughter an appointment myself, her dad had to call to give his social and work info. Come the day of the appointment and that minute thing mattered not. The women who helped me in the front with both checking in and out were just lovely. A great example of how employees show great customer service. I'm sorry, but I do not remember their names. Dr. Kwak has such a gentle tone and very friendly demeanor. He proactively thad me look over his shoulder to make sure I fully understood the things he was talking about when it came to my daughter's dental hygiene, which I really appreciated! A really huge thing that I loved was he asked my daughter permission to pick her up to help move her up in the chair she was laying in. He didn't just go for it and help her without saying anything. He asked her to scoot up, and when he saw she was a bit nervous (her first time and the chair moving kinda made her freeze up juuuuust a little), he asked her if he could pick her up to help her. And when I think about it, I wouldn't have left a bad review had he just helped her without asking, but at the same time, you really don't see people like that taking the initiative to make sure EVERY thing they are doing, the patient is okay with. Very big plus points there. I wanted to save the best part of our experience for last. I'M TALKIN' ABOUT YOU, JUAN!!!!! As I said at the start, I have panic attacks at the dentist before the dentist even walks in, so naturally I was a bit nervous for my daughter. From the second he started assisting us, to the second we left, this person was A+++++++++++ on making my daughter feel 100% comfortable and in turn, that made ME feel 100% comfortable. Even when she got scared from the chair, he stopped everything he was doing to talk it out with her to ensure she was calm again. He gave her kudos and even involved me saying "you're doing awesome! Right, mom?" Because the Lord knows my mind was going 1,000 miles per second. He took the time to describe every piece of equipment to my daughter and my daughter did AMAZING. I will always refer people to this office for pediatric dental work. One billion times thank you to all the staff we had the pleasure of encountering. I am truly in awe of how amazing this place is.

From the moment we walked in, the vibrant colors and fun atmosphere made my daughter feel welcome and much less nervous. My daughter has severe anxiety, especially at dental appointments, but she immediately felt calmer once she saw all the decorations and kid-friendly setup. The staff was amazing--very friendly, supportive, and helpful. The dentist was absolutely wonderful. She explained everything clearly, was patient with all my questions, and made sure I fully understood the care plan and the options available. My daughter left feeling happy and relaxed, which is very different from how she usually feels after the dentist. I'm really grateful for the experience and highly recommend this office for any child who gets anxious at dental visits.

The dentist casually strolled in from lunch(my son was on the table when he left) and did not wash his hands prior to putting on gloves and going straight into my son's mouth. They do not use a thyroid shield during the panoramic X-rays. When asked about it I was told they do for the other X-rays, but were not required to for those. I did not observe the "regular". She was not greeted when she walked in, repeatedly asked for her phone number as if they couldn't understand her, and was never even properly checked in before they immediately started asking for $75 upfront. One of the women also kept telling her to move over while assisting another patient even though she was not in anyone's way. The entire interaction felt disrespectful, dismissive, and targeted. Instead of making parents and children feel welcomed, the atmosphere was uncomfortable and hostile. She even spoke with the owner afterward because the treatment was so unacceptable. No parent should be treated that way while trying to get care for their child. Based on what I witnessed, the front desk staff seriously need customer service training or to be replaced altogether.
