He gave us a quote which was reasonable for the quality of the product and scheduled installation the following week. The two installers were prompt, professional and efficient. We wanted protection from the sun for our furniture & furnishings as well as increased energy efficiency, but we did not want our view impacted. Had my house done with 3M security Film and it's AWESOME!!!. Dennis is a Great sales rep and person. He's Not pushy like other companies that I had estimates from. I stuck out Hurricane Irma because of the window film Coastal Applied Systems in stalled. I'm a very picky and detailed oriented person and the quality work the installers did was AMAZING. Finally the Green part: it has lowered my energy bill between 20-30%. Good for the environment and really good for my pocketbook. Best upgrade I've done since moving to Hilton Head /Bluffton area. The savings of energy cost will pay its self off faster than anything else that you would think about doing to your house. Do this home improvement first. Poor customer service. Have been waiting for 2 weeks for Dennis to call me back about reinstalling window film on replaced windows. I spent thousands with them when we built our home and now they won't return a call to come out and reinstall on replaced windows. Avoid if you can!! read more

I just had this company apply window film to my windows. The guys (3) were very professional, respectful & polite! So hard to find that these days. I thought the pricing was very reasonable. I had the old window film that had to be applied to the outside for about 12-15 years & it had faded, discolored, peeling & was cloudy. The new 3M will never do that & its applied to the inside. Not only does it look great but it also provides some privacy. I am really happy with the application of this product & this company. read more
