Spoke to Julie on the phone about a billing issue. Her profile on the website says that she is friendly and helpful. That could not be further from the truth. She spoke over me, would not let me speak and then hung up on me. This is the first means of contact to the office. Very unprofessional representative for an office of professionals. read more

Extremely unprofessional and they will swindle you. They charged my card on file for my session after I gave them my insurance information. They charged me without telling me, and then told me they weren't sure what to charge the insurance for what type of service. AND THEN they told me they charged my insurance and would refund me when the insurance pays for the service. I am still waiting on a refund, which I doubt I will get. I will be reporting this business to the BBB. I have never felt so swindled by a company before- especially one who is supposed to help you. Really, if I could give this place a 0 star, I would. Also- they are so unprofessional that the phone number given on their website and on google and other places is someone's cell phone number. So irresponsible, illegal, and negligent. read more
