The administrative team was also communicative and helpful when their unforeseen delays required my move time to be pushed back slightly. I could not get anyone to move a monster adjustable bed base so that the carpet installer could lay the carpet! The flooring company recommended I contact Josh, and I am so glad they did. Green Frog Moving coordinated with the carpet company when the work was to be scheduled. They came, as promised, to break down the bed and move the base. After the installation, I called Josh to return to re-install the bed and base. Within a half hour, Josh and his team returned and completed the re-installation.
