I saw the bad reviews but I don't get it, my stuff came out great and the prices are good compared to other cleaners in the area. Of course there are reviews that say stuff was damaged, and perhaps that is true but with that type of review I say pics or it didn't happen. Also if someone was actually planning to sue why post a Yelp review? Most lawyers would say not to... just saying. What I can say, do what I did. Drop off a few things, see how you like their service and make your own decision. My shirts came out crisp and had no damage, so I'll be going back again. Use at your own risk. This business was contacted to clean all the clothing and linens from my home which was going through mold remediation. They accepted 20 bags and boxes to be washed or cleaned and then they did.....nothing. There was no notification that they had changed their mind, there was no attempt to do the job. They did ....nothing. This is so very unprofessional that it is beyond comprehension. After not returning calls, it was eventually decided that I should pick up the uncleaned clothes. It has been weeks. They held all my things for weeks. And now they still need to be cleaned. I do not trust or recommend this business. read more

BEWARE!! This place hides their failures behind a woman who only handles items. When you have a problem, she is not only not responsible but cannot contact anyone to resolve any issues. I dropped off two covers that are expensive, told it would be ready on February 4, two days later still was not ready. Over a week. Asked to get them back to take somewhere else and they were not there but at an off site cleaning place. Said they would be ready in two more days. We wanted them back today, regardless of them not being ready. Called me later today to come pick up. Got there and they were drying. Both were made of same material and one was in horrible condition. She, speaking for Coastal Cleaners, refused refund or goid on damages. Said further that she did didnt have owners number but assured me he would not di anything. Owner is Randy Stutts. I hope he will contact me and resolve this issue. Upper part of picture is how one came out while lower part,same material, has been badly cared for. I will only spread my dissatisfaction with this company and its protocols. I have never been more disgusted with a business. They took out one stain but ruined the entire back and part of the front of a vintage dress that was my mother's. It was clear they used too much heat for too long and it faded the dress. They asked to try to "fix" it twice and did nothing to it, then blamed the problem of the "unstable dye" of the dress. It is obvious that is not the issue. One employee was so rude every time I was in there and I asked three times to be called by the owner (who is never around) which NEVER happened. I'm so glad I paid and got no refund to have a dress with sentimental value ruined. I regret ever going there. read more

Do not use this cleaner the bad reviews are correct. They hide their failures and mistakes behind a nice older lady that can't get in contact with anybody or do anything about expensive clothes being ruined. I dropped off two shirts that were destroyed and they re-dry cleaned them not fixing the problem. DO NOT...I REPEAT...DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!! I took 2 VERY EXPENSIVE item to them to be cleaned. When I came to pick them up 2 days after the expected completion date I was told they weren't done. I asked to have my items returned from their plant...since they dont do any cleaning at that location. When I returned to get my items they were damaged!!! I was told there was nothing they could do. I asked for a managers number and was told she did not have one. She also told me he wouldn't do anything about my damaged property either. End result? We will be in court! read more

What a fabulous job this place did on a stain that all the other local businesses said they could not remove. I have a favorite dress and when I took it out to press I noticed a stain the size of a quarter on the left breast area. Devastated to say the least I went to a few places that said impossible. Hey didn't even want to try. My mother in law uses this place and took me there. 2 days later I get the call to come get my dress. The stain was gone and I couldn't be any happier.
