I choose this company too do the repair. They responded to my call on the second ring. The service dispatch set my expectations and said they'd have someone between 1 & 4 that same day. I got a text with response updates. The plumbers called at 11:30 and said they could swing by and fix it now (earlier than expected), if I had time right now. I agreed and they came. Poor guys had to bail out about 5-6 -- 5 gallon buckets of muddy water to get to the problem. They worked through the rain that started and got it fixed. It was disheartening to see them wallow in the mud and getting wet at the end, but they diligently got it completed, regardless of the wet obstacles. They even came the next day and double checked that it was fixed properly, because the rain was filling the hole at the end and it was fixed but not truly visible in the murky puddle the rain was making. Technician came out, removed and replaced a two to three foot section of water line from my meter…read moreto the customer supply line. Funny thing is, the leak was inside the meter box and changing the line had nothing to do with the leak in question. No kidding. Technician told me he fixed the line but the original area was still leaking just as it had been. The line that was replaced wasn't discussed with me, he took it upon his self to just cut it out and replace it. I have no idea if it was actually leaking. The technician spent most of the billed time in the company truck. Talked to the owner and he was't any help. Finally called the Parish and they fixed it. Would never use them again and will not recommend to any home owners I know. Run don't walk.
