Their man was at my house to work on my drywall to make space for my dryer vent hose and showed up 2.5 hours late. He was super unprofessional, and very belligerent. He didn't seem to know what he was doing at all, and couldn't explain how he was going to do the job. He didn't have a tape measure with him and he wasn't measuring anything, which was the most critical aspect of the job. He also didn't know the difference between the dryer and the washing machine. He also made me do all the work of moving the dryer I felt very uncomfortable with him in my home, and I was about to call 911 because he was directly in my face and wouldn't leave when asked to.

We contracted Gilberto Zerpa 5 months ago to redo 2 bathrooms. 2 stand up showers and 3 sinks. He…read morewas very attentive at first and communication was fast and prompt. Half way through the job Gilbert requested for us to pay the entire cost upfront, which we agreed and trusted him, he had seemed like a nice person and had very good reviews. Our decision to pay the entire amount had unfortunately turned out to be a big mistake on our part. For the past month Gilbert has disappeared on us leaving the job incomplete, phone calls and messages go unanswered. The few times we were able to get a response, it has been excuse after excuse. Gilberto Zerpa did the shower/tiles, plumbing and electrical work himself and we have come to find out he is not licensed to do so. The tiles are all uneven and the corners are already cracking. After 5 months Gilbert has left our home with uneven tiles, pipes sticking out of the walls, a missing sink, missing shower glass door, and a garage full of old construction materials. All of which he received payment for and it's been 5 months from when it started.

Use Caution: Guardian Angels / Street Savior Handyman Services…read more I wanted to share my experience with Guardian Angels / Street Savior Handyman Services so others can make an informed decision before hiring them for gutter work. I paid approximately $650 to have 60 feet of seamless gutters installed, specifically two 16-foot runs and one 28-foot run. Unfortunately, the installation has had significant problems. The gutters have leaking seams and connections, improper cuts and positioning, issues with pitch and drainage, poorly finished and heavily crimped ends, and downspout connections that were not installed correctly. There is also a splice within the run that was contracted as a 28-foot seamless gutter. I gave the company opportunities to come back and correct the installation because I wanted to give them a fair chance to make the job right. Unfortunately, the problems have not been resolved. What makes this especially frustrating is that I am now facing the possibility of paying more than the original installation cost just to have portions of their work removed, corrected and reinstalled properly. I understand that things can go wrong on a job. What matters to me is the quality of the finished work and how a company handles problems when they occur. Based on my experience with this installation and the difficulty getting it properly resolved, I would use caution before hiring Guardian Angels / Street Savior Handyman Services for gutter installation. If you do hire them, I strongly recommend inspecting the work carefully, testing the gutters with water, checking all connections and downspouts, and making sure the job is completed to your satisfaction before making final payment. I have photos documenting the installation and the problems described above. I will update this review if the company ultimately comes back and makes the installation right.

The girls in the office, especially Maria and Sylvia, were superb about keeping us informed and explaining every step of the way. I have to admit that because of the pandemic and shortages, they had not received the roof at the time that they expect it, and were not able to complete the project when they thought they would. This made us kind of nervous. But in the end, we were worried about nothing. They produced a beautiful screened lanai that we had wanted for a long time. They first sent a crew to work on the footers, and then it had to be approved by the inspector. Then we had to wait a good deal of time because the roof had not arrived because of the pandemic shortage. The wait was only two months. And it was unavoidable unfortunately because the roof materials had not been delivered to the company. we strongly recommend this business. Marcio Is the gentleman that came to our house to give us the quote and check up on things. He answered our calls and answered our questions promptly. Nilo and Augusto were The men that spent an entire day and a half building our lanai. They came in one afternoon at 1:30 to start the project and then the next day they came at 8 o'clock and stayed until 7 PM to complete it. Such hard workers! Beautiful job. But I must state again, that the woman behind the scenes, Maria and Sylvia held it all together for us. Calls and answered all of our questions and kept everyone in line. The very nice workers spoke Portuguese so I was unable to understand everything but all I needed to do was call Maria or Sylvia and of course Google translate and she would tell them what I said. So in the end everything worked out SUPERBLY! We LOVE our new lanai. We would recommend this company to friends snd family. M Ruthardt
