Three years ago I went in to buy an auger-style snowblower and Niels talked me into buying the paddle-style with the option that if I didn't like it I could return it without issue and purchase the auger-style. Well this winter I finally had a chance to use it - I greatly enjoy my paddle-style snowblower. When I bought the snowblower I was to bring it back after its first five hours of use for an oil change (included in purchase cost), when I called this month to inquire about an oil change Niels still honoured that offer THREE years later! How many companies/businesses would do that? On top of all that Niels and the staff here have been a pleasant, funny and all around awesome every time. Thank you Twila

Poor service. They provided us with oil-base paint without…read moresaying it was oil so it needed mineral spirits to clean up - but didn't sell us any. So ruined a really good brush as it had to be tossed out. Provided wrong kind of rollers - on sale but so what? Had to go buy the correct kind. Paint was supposed to cover 400 sq ft, but only did less than 200. And at that had to be applied several times to get it to actually cover. Paint has dried on the sunny side of the house; a week later the shaded side is still sticky. It was kind of like painting with KoolAid. Weird stuff, and expensive. Only sometimes do you get what you pay for. We went back to ask what was up with the paint, and the staff said it was too bad for us. No offer to inspect it or look at the job site. Just too bad. Not really too bad I suppose - - now we know where not to go for paint and supplies and that is a good thing.

All the staff are friendly, they know a lot about what they do. They've suggested things that have worked great. The store is clean and neat. The service was quick, but the manufacturer had discontinued my existing flooring and replaced it with something that didn't quite match. There was no problem with the return.
