I couldn't believe how rude she was. I know they close at 6pm bc on days I don't travel, I have to race over and pick up my work clothes for the next couple days. I have been using their service for years, but it may be under new management now. I go here because it's close to my home. I work long hours in NYC so I can't pick up my clothes 5/7 days of the week. I now have to go shop for additional clothes bc these cleaners decided to shut their doors in my face 20 minutes early. How long would it had taken to ring up one last customer? Hopefully long enough to lose a 10+ year patron. Will purposely go anywhere else.

They said steaming the wrinkles out would take out the accordion pleats. I walked in and explained the situation to Steve and he was willing to give it a try. He walked in the back with the dress while I stood in the front with my fingers crossed. He came back and said "I can do this the pleats are staying intact". I told him how relieved I was that it could be steamed and that she wouldn't walk down the isle like a wrinkled mess. I could not thank him enough for helping me out. He is the nicest man and takes pride in his work. We will be back!
