The store is split into two sides, but you can be comfortable wandering around both no matter what your style is. My husband and I went to The Leather Company on Dec 1 and bought him a leather jacket. It is an…read moreunusual color and my husband fell in love with the coat. It did need to gave the sleeves shortened. The salesperson said it would take 10 days. On Dec. 20, I went back to the store to see where the jacket was. The sales person said she would check on it. I gave her my phone number. The next day, not having heard anything, I went back and they said it would be 'the weekend". Here it is 9 pm Saturday Dec 23 and I haven't heard anything. I doubt that the jacket will be ready tomorrow. I am disappointed. I am even more disappointed that they haven't had the courtesy to call me. Tomorrow I will go back to the store and I will take a picture of a similar jacket and print it and wrap it up for my husband to open on Christmas Day. I could have done that days ago, if only they had been honest with me. Don't count on alterations being done in a timely manner. And also, they don't even bother to apologize. They just make excuses.
