I cannot say enough good things about this business. A I have worked with Co-Staff in the past and after yesterdays encounter I can only say they have only gotten better.
I recently became unemployed due to downsizing at my previous job. After a few interviews that did not pan out to my expectations I decided to give Co-Staff in Janesville another try as they had helped me in the past.
Walking in I was met with Karla. Karla was kind and immediately explained to me what was available. She asked probing questions to see what would works for me, what type of pay rate I was looking for, and what were my job strengths. Within a few minutes she came up with an assignment which would meet my expectations, keep me close to home, and allow me the flexibility to keep a peaceful work life balance.
Finally, I must note how Karla did all this without judgement and seemed genuinely concerned about my well being. Some staffing agency's treat their clientele like products. I am glad I went with Co-Staff.
In the end I lucked out and was offered a job through a friend last minute. Karla was not taken back by this, offered me words of encouragement, and genuinely seemed happy for my success.
