I had an amazing experience with Taxi 85. He was there on time to pick me up and very courteous and considerate. His car was impeccable. He was attentionate to all my needs, even had a bottle of water in case I was thirsty. I highly recommend Taxi 85!! read more

We called, and were told that there was no car available. We nearly missed our international (and expensive) flight because of them, but luckily their competitor was able to get us to the airport within minutes of calling them. Guess we learned our lesson!

Zero star. worst customer service ever. We called and reserved the day before our departure from Montreal airport to make sure that we have a ride. The day of our trip no one showed up. We called the Co-Op Laval Taxi and talked to the same guy who made the reservation (Joe). He was so rude and hung up the phone on us. They didn't even call to let us know that they didn't have a driver available and rudely hung up on us. We ended up calling on a friend who gave us a ride to the airport.
