The biggest down -side to it is the prices. While obviously they need to make a profit to survive it is significantly more than prices in town. This strikes me as taking advantage of the mainly financially challenged people who are the locals, who only shop there for emergencies e.g. running out of baby formula. Also some stock is quite old and dusty. However the staff are very friendly and helpful , and deal with all sorts of people with respect

This great shop is a real asset to the community, the Woodgrange Drive parade is really thriving, against the trend of the High Street, many shops are longstanding and have loyal customers from the local area. There is a good community feel in Woodgrange Drive!

Parking…read moreis easily managed in the Council car park behind the surgery but be aware that you need to pay to use the car park as there is no dispensation for the GP surgery or the Pharmacy. The pharmacist is very helpful and will always assist when needed with queries on prescriptions or health items in the shop. The ladies who serve in the front shop are also very helpful. They have a prescription collection/delivery service.
