It also quite often has good deals on beer and wine which is great for the weekends. The staff are friendly and as it's 24hr it's always open albeit sometimes via the night-pay. As you would expect of a garage and convenience store you pay quite a bit more for things from here than you would in say a standard supermarket, but who can put a price on convenience?.....and you can't usually walk to Tesco at 4am for some milk!

It is between junctions 14 and 15 on the M1 In Milton Keynes and does have a good size car park, where you can park free for up to 2 hours. Fuel, as with all service stations is very expensive here but Shell are just copying other stations and making money here because they can, if you are in the middle of nowhere on the motorway and start to run low on petrol you will have to come here so I will advise you to top up before you go as the fuel price is just a rip off. I only went in the Starbucks Coffee and was pleasently suprised, they had a competition to win a free coffee where you had to balance a 20p coin on a lemon for 5 sections, this is for Children in Need but is near enough impossible with it being in Water. The Coffee was at a good price considering it was a service station and was very good quality, which you normally dont see at service stations. If you want to just sit down and have a coffee while checking your emails to relax for a while without driving, you can do this as the service station has free BT Openzone wifi. This service station is defiantly one of my favourites, the only reason I did not give 5 stars was the outrageous prices for Petrol which is done by all service stations.

Anyway that unfortunately seems to be all they are good for, dont get me wrong most of their stuff is good they sell a few different products. Even though this store still seems quite expensive. Although it seems like most of their products get thrown around before it goes onto the shelf. The bananas they sell are always black inside even though the outside is normal and yellow. The ice cream always seems like it has been defrosted beforehand and all the ice lollies are sticky and stuck together. Other than its bad points there there are some good like if you go into the store say an hour before closing you can get some really good discounts like pizzas that were £3 go down to 95p ect deals like this which are handy to get hold of. It is a very handy local to have for the essentials like bread, milk and toilet roll.

I like this co-op, it's friendly and they have a good variety of things considering they are just a…read moresmall shop. It's also where the Great Linford local post office is based. The only prob here is that the floor by the door is often wet and can be a bit slippery when the weather is bad outside. This means you do want to be careful when you enter the shop. Overall a nice place to shop - Oh and they do nice doughnuts too ;-)
