You can quickly rate your bathroom cleanliness experience or store experience with the selection of the appropriate emoji. Gas prices are usually good here. You aren't getting gouged for a highway gas stop either.

What upset me was how dismissive and uncaring my concerns were treated. Rather than showing any empathy for an animal that appeared to be in distress, the staff made me feel as though my concern was an inconvenience. As someone who cares deeply about animal welfare, the experience was upsetting enough that I left in tears. Because of how this situation was handled, I will be taking my business elsewhere.
