In the past years my mother has been immobile and hasn't been able to frequent this pharmacy as before. They make it their objective to get her medicine to her in pill packages which last two months and are conveniently separated in months days and times. So all she has to do is pop open the bubble for lunch and out pops her pills. They charge her a small delivery fee for this privilege but it more convenient that having her go there to pick up. One day I even came home and saw that the owner of this Pharmacy had paid my mother a home visit because she was concerned that she hadn't seen her for long. Talk about special attention to clients. I highly recommend this pharmacy so centrally located in on the third floor of the Gulf Canada Square.

I asked for a prescription to be filled when I was called by Rachel (who is lovely by the way). We turned up this morning, it wasnt filled. Not the first time this has happened so asked for it to be filled and left to grab groceries. Came back still not filled yet. Jody barked at my husband and then stood there chatting. It took a further 30 mins and one of the assistants told him the reason for the delay was because it wasn't started when we asked for it to be done. He wants to move our business and I don't blame him honestly. You need to speak to your pharmacist about her customer service skillset. There's no need to bark and be rude to customers.
