My husband and I are so glad that we chose Adam to DJ our wedding in July 2024! We connected with Adam in the summer of 2023 and it was immediately clear that he was very passionate and professional about his work. It was also clear that his main goal was to ensure that we felt comfortable and happy; he did all he could to personalize not only our communication, but our "special" songs, and our vision.This being my first time really thinking through a wedding, Adam asked the right questions (that my husband and I certainly did not think of) to get us considering the flow of not only the dancing portion of our wedding, but the ceremony and other elements of the reception. We hired Adam to DJ at our wedding. His price quote was the best we received and I was impressed with his attention to detail, professionalism, and warmth right from the start. We had a small wedding (about 50 people) and the crowd was older, mostly in their 40s and up. Adam is young, but he really knows his music! He spent lots of time meeting with us to understand what kind of music we wanted and he was able to throw out suggestions that we hadn't even thought of. He provided the music for our ceremony as well as the reception and everything flowed beautifully. He was able to read the crowd well and many of us were on the dance floor from start to finish. Adam at CNY Sound was the DJ for our PA school gala. He was great with communication leading up to the event and checked in as well. When we first spoke via telephone, he made sure to really inquire what kind of music we were looking for and if any additions were needed. Throughout the night of the gala, he made announcements, asked for requests (and actually played them!) and really got the party started!! He was super self sufficient, building a rapport with the staff at the location of the gala as well as deciding where and how to set up.
