    Reached out to Ginna Rojas in regards to a listing for the address of:…read more 1273 Wandering Willow Way, Loxahatchee, FL 33470 The photos of the house is very nice (on websites) however the condition of the house does not exactly matches the photos posted. Ginna (realtor) is very rude and never answers your questions directly. Everything seemed "off" so we asked to see the house in person. To elaborate more on "off" she only talked about the deposit, never really answered the questions directly and if she did, the conversation would end with the DEPOSIT. We thought it was a scam so we asked to see the house in person. Initially was told that she would be out of town on the date that I wanted to meet her but I insisted that I view the house first. I arrive to Florida and the "day of" I received a text message that she couldn't meet because she has a toddler and she provided me with the door code to go in by myself. I had concerns with this because she initially was supposed to be out of town but if a door code was always an option, why push the viewing dates off and press the issue with signing a lease? We arrived at the house and noticed why she didn't want the house to be viewed, photos online are of when the home was in a newer state (falsified photos are posted to rent the home) hence why the house has been sitting for 6 months. Neighbors to the left of the house has a pool in the backyard. We stopped and talked to the neighbors and was told the previous renter had dogs and the kids would draw on the walls. This house has been on the market for 6 months and the exact same drawings are STILL on the walls. Was also told the floor on the bottom level had to be replaced due to the dogs damaging the property. Ginna was messaged about the condition of the home and she stated that all damages would be fixed if "WE" agreed to raise our rent. I had an issue with that because why am I paying to fix damages from a previous tenant? Why this house does not match the conditions posted online? My family traveled 21 hours and she didn't have the courtesy to meet us. She was rude throughout the entire process and we decided not to move forward. Do not be scammed by this listing on Zillow and Relator.com. Photos of current condition of house attached, totally different from listing photos. (Google reviews to view photos)

    I waited 30 Days to post this review to give Benjamin the benefit of the doubt, to give him a…read morechance to prove his word as a property management company but here is the proof that he is a SCAM artist. I believe that Icon Realty was involved in hacking my bank account. I leased an apartment in the heart of las olas/Fort Lauderdale from December 2016, from Atlantic loft llc. I agreed to pay a 2 month security deposit of $2400 as well as first, last and security (pretty standard) got my key, etcétera. After 2 different companies handling our property, ICON Realty came in January 2020 and revamped property by implementing a ***online payment service ***** aka , a way to get into your bank account. I questioned who this is and why I had to use this system to pay, not only to be replied with "It is our new system and you have to use it, you must pay rent this way or consult your attorney" As I went ahead and used it but decided to not renew my upcoming ending lease of 3/30/20. I emailed, texted and explain that I would not be renewing the lease because not only I don't trust the payment system, I had a very difficult time communicating with Benjamin (who by the way runs the whole thing). He ignored all my calls and the ones he replied, he did very rudely. I promptly moved out on schedule and handed him the keys along with my original lease agreement. He took the keys and said that He did not have a refund and I would need to wait 30 days to receive one on the mail. Now 30 days later. My bank account has been HACKED and bank investigated the multiple charges leading back to that January rent payment. I have been getting random withdrawals from different wiring entities totaling over 1k so far. Due to covid19, I can not yet file a claim in court. And the reason I am writing this is to WARN tenants and landlords about companies like this! I am attaching the refund check I just received. What a joke! See you in court.
