This was the first time I had ever filed a roof claim and I wish I would have known to have him onsite when the insurance adjuster/inspector came. It would have no doubt saved a lot of Elite Pro Roofing's time. My house was built in 1952, so the decking was not so great. Oscar helped me to negotiate with insurance to cover some of the repairs to the decking, which I learned insurance companies will very rarely do. Oscar even got on the phone with me and the insurance company and pleaded my case. His team was able to put all new decking on my home and add in some additional vents to help cool my attic down. In addition, Oscar felt that my detached garage and greenhouse both needed to have a new roof put on as well, which insurance didn't initially approve. He did all the leg work and put together an extremely professional report for my insurance adjuster documenting why the repairs needed to be done to the other buildings.
