Tricia Meyer is a wonderful realtor. When my octogenarian parents decided to sell their Long Beach…read moreIN home, we interviewed three excellent realtors, generally recognized in the community to be outstanding realtors. After a thorough set of interviews, we selected Tricia. The home sale recently closed. Tricia met and actually exceeded all of our expectations. She was knowledgeable, diligent, dependable, honest, timely, and had a great set of contacts and resources. Most importantly, she was kind. My folks needed help with the processes of emptying their home, updating the property, consolidating their possessions, selling their home and moving two thousand miles away. Tricia took ownership of all of those processes and guided my parents through everything. Without hesitation, I enthusiastically recommend Tricia.

Ryan was professional, thorough and an absolute pleasure to work with. We were 1st time home buyers so needless to say we had a lot of questions. He was able to lay out our options in a way that was easy to understand and then help us with what made the most sense for our situation. Ryan and his Production Manager, Jennifer Rayner, were always quick to respond to our E-mails and phone calls. Ryan also came to the closing so he really was with us from the beginning to the end. We felt like we really had an awesome team of experts looking out for us and guiding us along this complicated (and stressful) path. We are so happy we went with Diamond Mortgage and I will refer everyone to them.

The woman we're working with is kind, but very busy, so hopefully we get the time we need to start this process. I will update me once I've actually met with this company, but at least I've gotten a call back now...
