A short prelude to this review if you please. On Christmas Eve I got hit with a double whammy: Pneumonia and the flu part A. Of course I've been vaccinated against both ; but Mother Nature had other ideas. It was only this morning that I was physically able to drive myself to this clinic. I received what I consider to be top notch care. After being assessed; I was given a steroid shot; got the three in one nasal swab and was given a chest x-ray. A new antibiotic prescription was called in on my behalf. Yes I'm very satisfied with the level of care I got here. My only issue is that no practitioner under the Spartanburg Regional Health Care System can write a prescription for codeine cough syrup. That's the answer I got when I requested some. We have visited twice in about 5 weeks. The first we saw NP Crocker and the second time today we saw Dr. Washington. Both were overwhelmingly nice! Both were very personable. We were seen immediately both times by great nurses. I would definitely recommend this location for immediate care over any other! read more

If the wait time is 80 - 96 minutes, my watch stopped working 96 minutes ago. It's not urgent care but care when they stop talking to each other in the back. The staff talks and laughs loud while you're sitting in the room waiting for someone to come check on you. It makes you wonder if they could get you out of the facility faster if they would shut up and tend to the patients. Coming here is always the last resort for me. read more

Long wait times even when there are almost no other patients there to be seen. I sat in the room waiting for the doctor for 50 minutes. Sometimes the receptionists are nice but sometimes they aren't super understanding. read more

The main check-in lady (name: Jessica) was hateful to everyone who came in. She was rude to the older ladies sitting to the right and left of her at the desk. All she seemed concerned with was calling local restaurants to confirm their food deliveries for lunch everyday this week. She's not a good person to have representing the business for people to deal with as they walk in. read more
