I was able to go with her untill the one came in to take her to get x-rays. The PA my Mom seen was very nice and concerned for a few issues and referred us to go to the ER where they could do more tests that they do not do. Once she had the results of blood work and x-rays we were able to leave. Over all it was surprisingly not bad of a process. My Mom seemed happy too she had a lady and not a man who checked in her. When we left the waiting room looked busy so I was glad we got in and left.

Then I kept receiving notices that I owe money. After several calls with the billing department, uploading my receipt of payment, and going back and forth, it is still unresolved. I have spent several hours trying to get this issue resolved and it is still open-ended. I would never go back to this urgent care based on this experience alone. Like how hard it is to apply the payment I made through my account, to my outstanding balance on my account? This is so frustrating.

I called back asking them to send the prescription to another pharmacy where it was cheaper (Walmart right down the street) This is where the cluster--- began. They called the prescription into a pharmacy in Maryland!! Three phone calls to Walgreens to check the status and STILL no prescription. I have had earache pain for the last twelve hours and the staff at Immediate Care still can't get it right. DON'T GO TO IMMEDIATE CARE....find somewhere else because they are SO INEPT!!!

i woke up sick...feeling pretty bad, tough to talk, had a little trouble breathing from a congested…read moretest...needed to see a doctor. most people need to see a doctor to get a diagnosis, to know what is wrong. this unique clinic demands you tell them what is wrong, ie diagnos it first, then they will see you. so, in order to get in here, you first have to go to a doctor, get a diagnosis so they can approve your reason for seeing them. it just kind of defeats the reason for going to a doctor. the person i talked to really lacked patience, and had exceptionally poor communication skills.
