I had made my wedding hair style appointment FOUR MONTHS in advance. The day of my appointment, I was 15 min early and.... LONG STORY SHORT... waited for OVER an hour with no Regina. Was told several times "She's on her way" or "She will be here in a few minutes". Eventually, I had enough of waiting around and being lied to... and had to leave. See what I'm saying here???? I had to LEAVE ON MY WEDDING DAY with NO HAIR STYLE! I was told by the front desk gal, who had been on the phone with Regina twice, that she was on her way. I found out she was at another WEDDING party's location. She had gone to them and did not budget her time appropriately. Not only was she doing the brides hair, she was actually doing ALL OF her bridesmaids hair as well! She didn't have to do that!! She knew she had to be back to her salon to do MY HAIR! She did all those other ladies hair because it was a good opportunity to make MORE MONEY!! She told me (when she called me directly AFTER I had watied an HOUR and she still was "on her way") that she didn't know she would be doing everyone's hair, and that if I came back, she'd style my hair "for free". I want to know how many brides, ON THIER WEDDING DAY, have extra 1.5 or 2 hours to wait on others??? NO ONE! Wedding days are BUSY and things have to be planned accordingly, which is why I made my appointment FOUR MONTHS in advance. At the end of the day...I had no professional hair style and had to do it myself. Needless to say...I felt like I didn't look near as good as I should have on my big day. I am still very hurt by Regina and was made to feel like I wasn't as important to her because I wasn't "worth" as much money as a full wedding party. Obviously, after reading a lof of these other posts, I can see I'm not alone in that situation. How sad.

We went to the salon for a bridal party of six to have hair and make up done. Every single person…read morein our party redid their make up. Fake eyelashes were an up charge, blush wasn't applied, and several people didn't even have lipstick applied. The airbrush came out spotty on several bridesmaids. The bride was told that hair and makeup would be $115 for each member of the wedding party. The day of services, everyone was charged $145. The bride even pre-purchased a gift card to pay for the mother to have her make up done. The owner then said that that was not the cost of make up that it was more than what the gift card was! The bridal restroom had a stained toilet, was out of paper towels, and was disgusting. Do not go here for wedding needs!
