I called to schedule a move-out deep clean, based on the good reviews. Virginia assured me Presidential could handle it. I was told $75 an hour x2 plus $125 for carpet shampoo. I expected two women. Two guys showed up at 9:50 a.m. I have a very small place, basically one big room with a kitchen. So I left to leave them clean in peace. I came back at 11:50. That's exactly two hours. Instead of $275, I was charged $312. I called Virginia yesterday late to ask about the cleaning and left a vm, but my call was not returned. So I decided to write this review. Once the two guys left, I really took a good look. Sooooo incredibly disappointed. And I had tipped them both $20 each. The carpet was spotty and bone dry. I've NEVER seen a carpet shampooed that looked like that. The kitchen laminate floor looked awful and had a white tint to it. I had to re-do it myself to get a shine. All you need is detergent, a little vinegar and water for a sparkling floor. What the hell did they use? Very sloppy work. The shampooer looked really old. AND they asked me if they could use my vacuum. Where was their commercial vacuum? How did they know I even had one? I've had great cleanings in the past. This was certainly the worst by far. And all those great reviews .... now I'm wondering if they're even legit. Just be careful to review the pricing and inspect thoroughly if you use this company. DO NOT RECOMMEND . The cleaner arrived on time and did an amazing job. As this was a deep clean and some areas needed a little more attention than others, he stayed a little longer than expected to ensure the job was complete and well done. I really appreciate the attention to detail in the cleaning and also their patience, professionalism, and understanding working with an elderly client. The prices are very reasonable and the value is worth the money. Resilient Services accepts Venmo. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

They lack reviews because Ricardo recently transplanted here from Atlanta, but I can attest to the good work and hope this helps build a new customer base!
