I have not used Dust Bunnies in several several years, but I have to agree with all of the negative…read morereviews. They were completely unthorough and did a terrible job. One time after they "cleaned," I came home and there was a huge watermark on my vintage dining room table. There was also this disgusting black residue in my kitchen sink. They claimed they had nothing to do with it, even though everything was normal when I left, and I live by myself, so they were the only ones in my apartment. They came back anyway and somehow fixed the dining room table stain. They could not remove whatever the black stuff was in my sink. One time they completely did not clean one of my bedrooms (but charged me full price) because the door was halfway closed. They claimed if any doors are slightly closed that to them it means not to enter the room (even though I had not left any note stating to not clean that room). What was unconscionable was I called to tell them it looked like they hadn't even vacuumed and there was obvious dog hair on my baseboards. The next day the owner came into MY PLACE OF BUSINESS and said that my standards were too high and that they refused to clean my apartment anymore and thrust my key at me IN FRONT OF EMPLOYEES AND CUSTOMERS!!!! I was speechless. Zero accountability for terrible service, and then terrible customer service on top of the terrible cleaning!! I'm shocked they're even still in business.
