I left my car over night, so that it would be done first thing next day. I was expecting some smell, it's normal after Rustproofing. But a month later I could still smell that awefull rancid smell. The following month, I had business in their area again. So I stop to ask what they did to my car. Barry told me about that much cheaper grease that they were trying. I told him I would've like to be informed before they do test on my car. The bad smell gathers overnight, it's really stinky when I get in the car. It clears up when I drive with the windows open. To this day, 6 month later that smell is still present. I was a familiar face to them, a good costumer, why ruine that trust. I hate the smell so much, it make me hate my car now. This company was very responsive to my call for cleaning help and arranged for a cleaner to come the very next day. Iman was polite and prepared to roll up her sleeves and do a good job cleaning kitchen cabinet doors, floors and windows. Her work was thorough and she was very conscientious in her efforts. She came with her own equipment, but did use mine when I requested her to do so. I have allergies and my vacuum cleaner has extra filtration to keep dust from going back into the air, so I asked if she would please use mine, and she said no problem. : ) My condo is small, so I was a bit surprised to see that it took longer than I thought it would, and she had to speed up during her last hour to keep to the agreed 4 hours. I think that could have been prevented by keeping an eye on time as she worked, but again, she was very thorough and the results were good. I have been doing my taxes with Clarence for the last couple of years. I mentioned to him last year…read morethat I often receive notice of assessments and he insisted next time to not pay before reaching out to him, which I was grateful for. This year, I received a letter stating I owe $, and reached out to him right away. 2 weeks later and he has not responded to any of the e-mails or calls/messages I have left him - he is not on vacation per reception, just either on the phone or not in "for the morning". Get the immediate feeling that unless you PAY for his time, he won't even give you a few minutes. I've called his office at least 4 times and each time the reception did not take what I said seriously. I stressed the importance of the matter, that it is urgent, that this is something due within days, and he never responded. Each time I left a message with reception and never received any acknowledgement at all - no "I'm so sorry, I'm make sure he gets back to you!" just - "Okay." There is no excuse to not take a few minutes out of your day to reach out to your client and actually address the situation in TWO weeks and counting. That, plus the long wait times: 1-3 hours at min. I do understand the complexity of some paperwork, and that is the exact reason there should be much better scheduling done by himself/reception. Squeezing in as many clients in 1 hour is what our health care system does. Advise to go elsewhere.

The government told my dad, he still owed them 10'000$ at some point despite him having already paid for everything and Clarence fought incredibly to make sure my father did not pay one more dime. He helps my dad with several of his businesses despite them being located on another country as well. He is a pleasure to work with and a good man. Wonderful conversationalist and very hard working.
