Today I took a Piloxing Barre class for the first time; it a different kind of work out that…read morecombines the fundamentals of Pilates, boxing and dance! The instructor, Jude, is professional, helpful and fun! Since the classes are capped at 12ish ppl, the space isn't overcrowded and the instructor is able to get around and make sure that everyone is holding positions correctly! I loved it - I sweat like a mofo but had a good time - I will definitely be back! BTW the address shown is not correct; it must have moved recently?? Address is actually 4705 Gaetz Ave - downtown on the south side of Alexander Way of that makes any sense to you!!
