I go and work out there early in the morning and i've never seen a staff member during my session, though they are super friendly when I have seen them. Don't worry, their hours are posted and very visible. It's basically a gym-express. It has a little bit of everything and they do a lot with the small space they take up, but can't compete with a full-size gym. Basically one of every machine so if you go during peak time, you'll find it hard to get a workout in. Being from America, I'm used to having a locker room with showers, steam rooms, etc. This place has a common area with cubby holes and you put your things there, then you can have a shower. I guess the crime rate here is really low? lol... Americans have no shame. Your things are sitting in the middle of a room filled with people and your belongings will definitely disappear haha. I have to come here because of work and I do think it's a great gym for what it's for. Come early or late when you have the place to yourself and it'll be a great value for the money. Just know what you're doing and prob bring a partner so you don't hurt yourself. No one will find you until the morning :)

I took a tour the day I moved into the…read morearea, but the club did not allow any form of trial access unless you fill out the online form and wait for the printed ticket. The sales rep. couldn't grant me temporary access on the spot, so I went home and filled out the online form for a free 3 day trial. I then wasted several days trying to go in to redeem my trial membership during what you would expect are normal business hours (say 12:00p.m. or 2:00p.m. on a Monday or Wednesday), but unfortunately found the doors to be locked while staff were off duty or away from reception. I could not get into the gym to speak to staff, as I was not already a member. Well, played peoples. Playing hard to get, I see. Eventually I gave up and joined another gym near by with larger facilities, a pool and a spa. Shortly after, I received a follow up call from a sales rep. asking if I wanted to come back in to join or use my trial membership. Ehhhh. I would have. Oh, well. I can tell you the gym looked clean and the equipment was nice, but service is difficult. Once your a member and have a keycard, I'm sure it is much smoother.
