The staff at reception are very welcoming. I was late for an appointment the other day and they said it was okay and simply took my details and asked me to take a seat. I saw my doctor quite soon afterwards. My doctor is the best and very professional....I raise my hat to him! I see the other doctors who come and go to fetch their patients, they all look very pleasant; I like the idea that they come personally to fetch you rather than use an intercom or numbering system, which I find to be very impersonal! The pharmacy is in the same block so that makes it very convenient. CARRY ON THE EXCELLENT JOB, CMQL!!!!!!!
