A great softplay venue. Looks a bit shabby on the outside but great fun. Seating on two levels, with access to the climbing equipment from both levels. Ball pit, climbing, the fastest slides I have ever experienced with a toddler; Clown About has it all! The food is good and the 'endless' coffee refills are very good value. The only downside is the lack of real fruit juice for kids (take your own) and the fact that there is only one ladies' loo for the whole place. read more

The play equipment for the kids is really good and the bowling lanes looked good as well. This place would be better in the summer - steer well clear in the winter as its freezing as there is no heating. The food was frankly awful. We had jacket potatoes and to be honest I thought they had opened the wrong packet and used new salad potatoes they were so small. The drinks are sadly limited as well. Children have fruit shoots as a rule. It seems to work for most other places but weirdly all there was, was squash in a jug and bottled water We might pay another visit in warm weather but won't eat there again and unfortunately won't be holding my sons birthday party there which was partly the reason we went, to check it out read more

There is ten pin bowling here too. I think there are about 5 lanes. There is also a few pool tables, air hockey and a bar.

There are lots of different drinks available including fresh orange juice and slush s with no additives, had my daughters birthday here yesterday and it was fantastic the party rooms are the best i have ever seen we had the boat and will be back next year for the train ! The staff were very friendly and helpful and my husband and I ate whilst the children were eating I had cod and my husband had hunters chicken both nicely presented and clearly homemade. It depends on how busy it is as to the experience you get, it is okay but there are much better indoor play areas than this but as there is a lack of competition so for Salisbury it's this or not at all unless you want to travel half hour+!! read more

Had a pretty terrible experience there. Staff are rude, the place is filthy dirty, and the building is falling apart. The phrase "death trap" comes to mind..... Also the car park is pretty terrible: it's small and dirty (eg it was littered with dirty nappies and empty vodka bottles when we visited). Probably best to avoid this place! read more

Recently had our daughters party here and can safely say it was then worst we have ever had! The staff basically just leave you to it. No structure, very confusing. And the girl they had in the party room must have been about 12, barely said a word and hadn't a clue what she was doing. She was quiet as a mouse and had no enthusiasm, something which you would expect at a kids party, right? There was no atmosphere, it was shocking. Also we had to pay in advance, a price which might I add was unreasonable compared to previous parties we had which were 100 times better, and when half of the kids didn't show up, we were offered no refund but a plate of chips in return! What a joke. I'm sorry but our experience was not an enjoyable one and we will not be returning. read more
