Super friendly, no pressure at all. Prices are the best I've found in town, and I've checked around. You're not going to find better deals locally. They've got a solid selection too, so you're not stuck settling for whatever is left on the shelf. I won't be going anywhere else. Highly recommended stopping in even just to ask questions - you'll leave knowing exactly what you want.

They fixed it on the spot, explained to me how to avoid the problem in the future, and didn't change me anything for the repair. (And unlike some places in Bismarck, I didn't get any side eye for being a guy who sews.) They also have a good selection of vacuum cleaners for sale in the store. Their prices are good and, unlike the big box stores, theirs come with a warranty and they'll fix them for you if needed. They have a little parking lot. Their entrance is from the parking lot, not the main side of the street that their address is on. It's actually a little hard to see where they are until you drive past it, because of how the sign is angled -- I'll post a pic to clarify. I'd definitely recommend this place for your vacuum and sewing needs in western North Dakota.
