I have used the European Wax Center many times to get my eyebrows done. My last visit was a…read moredisaster. I walked out with only half an eyebrow on one side! My brows are quite light, but now I am missing half an eyebrow on one side and looked ridiculous. I called and spoke to the receptionist as soon as I got home when I realized what I looked like. She was apologetic and offered me points for a free wax! It will be months if ever that I have enough hairs to even wax and would be hesitant to go back again. I get my brows done to make my life easier. Now I am forced to search for products to help fill in the missing hairs and can't go out without spending extra time to make myself presentable! Ughhh I just received a phone call from Kim, the manager, at European Wax regarding my experience a few days ago. She could not have been more understanding and concerned regarding my complaint and offered to make it right as best that she could. I truly appreciate the phone call and the manner in which my complaint was handled. Things happen and it will be a while before my eyebrow hairs grow back, but I appreciate the fact that she reached out to me.

To start, they took me 15 minutes late. I had a reservation for 5:00 PM. Not only was I on time for my reservation, but I was early. They did not take me until about 5:17. MEANWHILE their "late policy" is if you are 9 minutes late, you'll be marked as a "no show." Okay. Well what about if THEY are late taking you for a scheduled reservation? My wax technician was not as friendly as other wax technicians I've encountered over the last 10 years or so. I also felt a bit rushed when I was finally taken. I would not visit this location again.
