I didn't know anything about QHHT before I found Christine. She sent me some videos and information about this form of hypnosis therapy prior to our session, which was helpful in knowing what to expect. I know that some people might think this is all just woo-woo nonsense, which is totally fine, but I wanted to experience something new and was open to it. The atmosphere that Christine provided was very relaxing and comfortable. I laid on a comfy bed and closed my eyes as Christine walked me through the process. I did some visualization and just listened to Christine's soothing voice as we talked about what I was experiencing. I was a bit apprehensive about being "hypnotized," but it wasn't really like what I was expecting. I didn't ever feel scared or uncomfortable, I was totally relaxed and still had awareness of everything around me. It was sort of like lucid dreaming. I definitely cried during the session and did feel a lot of emotions, but Christine was amazing at holding the space and guiding me through the journey.
