Not good. I dropped about $200 on a new mod, juice, batteries, and smaller things. The employee didn't know how to install the batteries in my new mod, said he might need to go get help, and then forced them in. Well, when I went to charge them, only one battery will take a charge. They were only touched one time, by that employee.
When I reached out for help (politely) I was told that they might re-wrap it for me after inspecting it, but I would have to bring it in to get any kind of answer. I pass two other vape shops to get to this one and I know how to re-wrap a battery. The battery is bad. It doesn't need a wrap. I was told they can't exchange it.
It stands to reason that since they broke it, they should fix it, but they preferred the cost of losing a customer over the cost of replacing a battery. Sad stuff. Good thing there's plenty of other shops around. I'll keep looking for a good one. read more
