1st visit to CLOUD NINE VAPORS! What a treat. Great selection of CBD products, juice, riggs, gifts and vape supplies. I'm new in the vape world. John and Tracy the owners are amazing and so knowledgeable. Corey the regular sales guy is so kind and helpful. I knew nothing and left feeling confident using my products. The salesperson was extremely helpful. I am picky when it comes to what flavor I use, hate anything too sweet. He was incredibly patient, was knowledgeable about the different flavors and was very nice. They have a large selection of anything you need to vape. read more

Not good. I dropped about $200 on a new mod, juice, batteries, and smaller things. The employee didn't know how to install the batteries in my new mod, said he might need to go get help, and then forced them in. Well, when I went to charge them, only one battery will take a charge. They were only touched one time, by that employee. When I reached out for help (politely) I was told that they might re-wrap it for me after inspecting it, but I would have to bring it in to get any kind of answer. I pass two other vape shops to get to this one and I know how to re-wrap a battery. The battery is bad. It doesn't need a wrap. I was told they can't exchange it. It stands to reason that since they broke it, they should fix it, but they preferred the cost of losing a customer over the cost of replacing a battery. Sad stuff. Good thing there's plenty of other shops around. I'll keep looking for a good one. read more

I have been vaping for a while now and there are few shops that I will return to constantly. This one is one I love to go to the people who run it are great and very friendly. Cory who o have spent many hours talking to about vapes and juice has helped me find anything I've looked for as well as steered me away from the bad products out there. From what I've seen he only sells products and juices he will use with out worry and that will not cause the cost of using your mod to increase such as only selling coil killers. The newest member of the staff that I meet today seems to be very open and willing to help as much as the others and seems very willing to put customers first and provided great customer service. This is a great place and I highly recommend this as a shop to visit and to try for yourself read more
