Coming from the customer service industry myself this is always a huge benefactor of where I do the majority of my business. How ever today I felt like the customer didn't matter. I was in buying 2 replacement glasses for my cleito, 2 replacement atomizers, a new cleito Exo from a young man and the young lady (both were extremely helpful and nice with great customer service attention(felt like I matter)) the young man had talked me into the new smoke Alen set up. Witch I was going to buy until when I asked if we can swap the atomizer for the same one just in black instead of silver. He didn't know so he asked his boss ( a young heavy set man that came from the back) he asked him right in front of me and. He told me nope they come the way they come and walked away. Now I totally understand stand that he mite not be able to swap it. But the way he said it was like he cared less if I bought it or not witch with no explanation.
