Visiting from out of town and looking for a local vape spot that had good product and customer service. And I came across this place which was amazing! Not only were the flavors on point the customer service is probably the best I have had at all vape shops. The atmosphere is fun and laid back. Price is extremely reasonable! Pretty much the only good Vape shop in town. It's great that they let you try the juice before buying. Only downside is some of the staff. I constantly get dirty looks when I walk in and often don't get proper service when more "regular" customers are in the store. I consider myself a casual vaper and that may be looked down upon there. A few months ago, I came into Cloud Chasers not knowing anything about vaping, other than the fact that you put flavored liquid into some kind of e-cig thing and smoke it. I've had nothing but really great service and support from these guys... Started out as a new vaper and they patiently walked me through the learning curve. Still love this shop and hope they stay in business for a long time! However, the other day I ordered my favorite juice in the larger size in order to be more economical. When I went in to pick it up, what I got was not the strength I had ordered and the bottle size was smaller than what I ordered. Ended up paying a much higher price than if I had just bought off the shelf and then would have had what I really wanted. So just a word of caution.. FINALLY!!! (: (: One stop shop for all things vape/e-cig in Yuma. If you've got questions these folks have the answer that's for sure. There's nothing more frustrating to me than walking into a store and a retailer not knowing about its product. That won't ever happen at CloudChaser. The owners are friendly and fun, the service is always personal. Who knew "atmosphere" could be so important when you're running out to buy a bottle of e-juice? I never mind having to wait for another customer before me because I know I'm going to get the same level of service come my turn. Questions, trouble shooting, suggestions and even a repair or two..no problem. They make many of their liquids themselves, always have new flavors and testing them is never a problem. If you want to try EVERY single flavor in the shop they'll let you knock yourself out!! The new location is even more amazing! Hang out, play pool, read a magazine...heck I could probably take a nap and have Priscilla wake me up and remind me to go home to make dinner. Their prices are as good and some even better than what I've personally found online (which I will never shop again now) and if you would like something special they'll gladly see if they can find it for you. Add the never ending supply of my personal weakness--the fun tips/accessories and I'm even happier with my decision to vape and quit smoking. Well must say as someone that works in customer service industry I'm a little more tolerant when it comes to dealing with poor customer service but was amazed how bad it was here. I was there to look for an upgrade on my tank and some juice and had my son with me cause there were already kids there I didn't see a problem with it until he went by the white couch and was yelled at to get out of that area by the guy behind counter who I believe was the owner and the associate who was helping me said he couldn't be by there cause of city rules completely understandable until the man behind the counter said under his breath no because I f'n said so. So left right away cause of that and also the prices which were a little on the high side compared to other shops in town well I will make sure not to recommend this shop to anyone that I know who vaps and wouldn't be surprised to see this place not still in business in the upcoming months. read more
