In four shopping experiences at this store, each visit was dominated by sideways comments about other Vape shops in town, specifically WC and Avail. He quick tell you what they will not do for you, like exchanges, which I know from personal experience at WC is false. As someone who works in sales, I carry a personal disdain for any business who puts more effort into downing other providers in the area than focusing on their own customer experiences. In purchasing a eLeaf box, it had some loose magnets in it. Not his fault, understandable, but in asking for help, I was simply told I can wait 10 days to fix a device that's 5 days old, and when I asked for an exchange on a faulty product, he laughed at me, told me it was my own fault, and said he didn't give a shit about my business and pointed to the door. Literally told me he'd rather lose my business forever than offer me any kind of reasonable help. Now what REALLY pissed me off is not only did he not offer ANY help, he SLAPPED ME ON THE BACK AND POINTED TO THE DOOR! He told me verbatim he'd rather lose my business than offer me any kind of help whatsoever. Then created a story on google reviews about how there were 15 people (there were 3) in the store and they "almost had to call the police." Shop ANYWHERE but here. Most shops offer better juice at lower prices anyway, and juice that has been properly steeped for a month or two prior to sale. Comparatively, WC and Avail both offer the box I just purchased for $10 les than I paid RokkStar for it, and I know first hand if they sell you a faulty product - they'll at least offer help before accusing you of wrongdoing and laughing you out the door. Take any "facts" he gives you about his competition with a grain of salt, I watch him lie twice in one minute about WC and Avail's customer service and exchange options just make himself look better.
