When she's getting her nails cut or getting a trim, you'd think by the sounds coming out of her that she was mortally wounded. But Carla Funk at TLC Grooming handles her like an absolute pro. Even though her ears (Carla's ears - not the dog's) may be bleeding from the high pitched cries, she never misses a beat. She's efficient, she's thorough, her prices are reasonable, and she loves what she does and the animals she treats. I highly recommend her.

This is not our vet. We went here because we had an emergency and they were closest. I'd put 0…read morestars if i could. they told me my dog would recover and be okay after his surgery. He died that night, in his sleep, in bed beside me. Don't tell someone their dog will recover and be okay because in that moment of fearing the worst news a pet parent clings to those words. If the vet had said, watch him closely for the next 12 hours because he could have complications or he could go into distress....I would have watched him all night. But I believed he would recover and we were through the worst....so I let my guard down and fell asleep.... I will never know if staying awake would have given me the chance to get my dog to emergency. The guilt eats me up every single day. Trusting this vet was a mistake. And the front desk staff were clueless and useless.

You fill all the questions areas and leave a note and they still book the wrong time. You eventually have to call to make it clear. After about four appointments the next one has an "in heat fee". An understandable fee. My issue why was this mentioned after 4 appointments and after this appointment was done. My dogs always come back extremely thirsty. I asked if they were ever given water during their stay and was told "if the dogs are thirsty they can drink the bath water during their bath". The last straw.........I was late for my appointment today(dog escape). They called and I missed it, but called them back immediately. No answer. I finally caught the escapee and we went to the appointment. I was told it was given away. (My spot. 8:00 arrived at 8:25.). They said if they don't hear from you they give it away. I said I called right after they did and no one answered. She said it was hard for her to answer the calls because she was the only one there. How does that make sense and how did you get two other dogs there from 8-8:25 to fill those spots? And have time to call me at 8:15 to see if I was coming.
