I don't write reviews. But I used Rosa's Cleaning Service this week and was so pleased with the…read moreresults that I wanted to write a review here now. I had to have a lot of cleaning done, so I booked a few hours with their crew. I listed what I needed done in advance. Not only did they fully complete my list wonderfully, but they went above and beyond that. I asked them to additionally straighten some things in two of the rooms if they had time. Realizing there probably wasn't going to be enough time; I left those rooms and didn't return to them until after the crew had left. To my surprise, not only had they done everything I'd asked beautifully, but they had additionally gone back into those rooms and straightened them in addition to cleaning them. And the entire time they worked, they remained cheerful, kind and polite. They also cleaned the baseboards in the whole house and the ceilings which were not even on my to-do list. Then after they had left, I went into the master bathroom, that had needed the most cleaning of anything and was so happy with what I saw. There had been water spots on the shower wall that I had asked them to remove I explained how important it was to me to get them all off and the gentleman working told me not to worry. He must have gone back in and tried cleaning them even more because it looked incredible once I did see it. I honestly couldn't even believe it! They did every extra thing I asked for and much more in a very polite, professional manner. I really was very happy with the work they did and highly recommend them.
