Without any hesitation I can not recommend her enough. She has such an eye for color and design and gave us room solutions that reflected our personal style & taste. She was extremely mindful of our budget, providing great advice on where to save and where to spend. We shopped at design places, but with her discount, it saved us a great deal of money. Deanna's attention to detail was impeccable, she would place things and then rearrange to make sure items were asthetically perfect. My husband and I highly recommend her interior design services, just wish she was local.

I can't recommend Cilla Ross highly enough for any redesign or remodeling project!! I recently did…read morea full cabin redesign--remotely--and Cilla absolutely nailed it. Her design instincts were spot-on, perfectly balancing style and practicality, which is crucial for a vacation rental. She really understood how to make the space beautiful and functional for guests. We kept most of the existing furniture, but updated everything around it--décor, layout, even knocking down a wall to open up the space. From little touches like textiles and lighting to bigger remodeling decisions, every detail was thoughtfully handled. Cilla coordinated everything from start to finish and kept me in the loop throughout. I never had to worry about a thing. All of the contractors she brought in were professional and did excellent work. I've worked with another remote designer in the past, and this experience was worlds better--smoother, more efficient, and just a higher level of execution all around. Since the redesign, we've had a healthy boost in bookings, and guest reviews have been consistently glowing--people frequently comment on the design and overall quality of everything. I'm someone with high standards, and so is Cilla, so we clicked really well. If you want your project done right, with style and professionalism, (especially if you are a remote owner/operator), she is ABSOLUTELY the one to call!

She more than delivers and would go out of her way to make sure everything is perfectly executed. I was very particular with what I like down to very minor details; yet, Cilla never once complained. I cannot be more proud of what we had put together and would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a patient, meticulous, and talented designer in all of Sevier County. You would be making a mistake if you don't use her service.
