The product itself is great, and they have so many options based on your type of project. We've used them for carpet, hardwood, and LVP needs. Most recently, we had our basement refinished, and Joe was wonderful and easy to work with, per usual. Since that install, the carpet has held up so well. And thats saying a lot seeing as we have a bunch of kiddos down most days! However, during recent floods in the area, part of our carpet was effected. Fortunately, my husband and I were able to pull it up and air it all out - but that of course left it no longer secure. Let me tell ya, Carpet Mill Outlet is so reliable. I called Joe and he sent someone out within a day or two to restretch and reinstall the whole side of the room that was affected. We were so, so appreciative! No doubt we'll continue to use this local business for all of our future projects to come.

Max provided clear concise answers to all of our questions regarding the best flooring to select for our home's main level (a gorgeous Godfrey Hirst Pure New Zealand Wool Carpet) and he made cost effective recommendations for attractive, affordable, yet durable flooring options to use in our rental properties. Our experience with Max was so different than past experiences with "big box" flooring installers. The big box in-store help doesn't exactly inspire confidence in the product knowledge area and their installation "experts" were actually low-paid, unprofessional subcontractors. This certainly isn't the case with My New Floors Inc. Our experience from showroom to install was impressive!

He guided us through the entire selection process and always gave us his input when we asked and made adjustments along the journey based on our feedback. He took the time to provide us numerous estimated costs for different options and actually in the end, they were under budget. Kevin and his installation team (headed by David) was very professional and detail oriented and it showed in the quality of their work. We were impressed with their exceptional craftsmanship with cabinet door, sink, hardware and painting installation.
