I personally went for their andouille in a mustard sauce because it's very famous (it has been awarded in the 10 first within more than 250) and it was delicious. It literally melt into the mouth and call for more! It still salivates while writing this review... It's served with a jacked potato but they can bring you a bit of French fries just in case you don't have enough. I wasn't that hungry to order a starter or a dessert but I saw some next table and it looked delicious.
The atmosphere is also very country-style, long tables with groups and people talking to each other everywhere. It's not fancy, just 100% efficient and authentic.
