On my first visit to this clinic, I thought the service was great and returned a couple of months later for a second visit. This time I was kept waiting for almost twenty minutes and then felt that my appointment was rushed because I still had problems with my feet a couple of days later. I should have known better than to make a third appointment but did just that. Today I turned up at the clinic for my 11.30am appointment only to be kept waiting...again. I waited for fifteen minutes then left and waited outside the front door for another ten minutes. During this time, nobody cameout of the clinic and not wanting to have another rushed job done on my feet, I decided to come home and make an appointment with a more reliable chiropodist.
Why give out appointments to people when you are not in a position to keep them. Very disappointing service. read more
