They regularly fail to…read morerespond to urgent repair requirements even for basic utilities (on several occasions, we have been left without hot water for well over a week), are generally very slow to act (After a storm caused damage to the building in Dec 2018, they didn't have the damage assessed by an insurance assessor until May 2019), they tend to bully residents over minor formal matters, they often just ignore correspondence, and they've outright lied to me on several occasions.
