I sat in the waiting chair for 3 minutes and I was immediately told to go get my hair washed. Customer service was super speedy, I was in and out in less than 2 hours. The main hair dresser had 2 assistants and the main hair dresser was attentive to all her customers and very fast. My hair came out good I have no complaints. Will definately come back! Highly recommend. The price was reasonable as well. In NYC, it takes me 3-4 hrs smh!

She is nice enough, but be prepared for her to criticize your hair the whole time. She said I needed a hair cut- true. Then assumed I had worn extensions in my hair- never worn them before. Then assumed colored my hair at home - never go to salon every 3 weeks for color. People ask me where I get my hair color, so that part makes no since to me. Again, she still nice enough. I don't mind suggestions, but wouldn't mind relaxing a little bit. The blow out was okay, I am use to more volume in it, pretty flat against my face.

I parked at the rear parking and walk up to the salon and the door was locked. I bang on the door and no answer. I called Mireya and she said whats your name and I told her my name. She then said omg I am sorry do you live close by and I said yes. She then said can you come back in a hour and I said yes. Once an hour past by I called Mireya and asked her was she ready for me to come. She said not yet I haven't arrived their yet I will be their soon. I told her to call me when she arrive and then I will come. She never called me back! I ended up finding another salon somewhere else and gave them my business instead. She doesn't know how to run a business at all and completely stood me up. I happen to past by her salon around 9pm and she was in their doing hair. Ridiculous!

Not sure who these reviews are done by because my experience was horrible. I made an appt for 11am. I didn't get seen until 12:04pm. It is only one lady that works at this location. Please note, that it was only me and another lady there getting serviced. I requested a wash and blow dry finalizing it with straight iron. This so call experienced beautician started putting so many different sprays and lotions in my hair and saying that my hair was so dry and I needed a trim for my bad ends... she kept going on and on bad talking my current hair lady and advising me to come see her instead. Keep in mind that I do not dye my hair, I do not put any chemicals in my hair and I use natural oils and treatments and my hair is super shining and well kept for years. So it was insulting hearing this lady talk. She was not facing me towards the mirror so I didn't see until the end that my hair looked so puffy, stiff and dry I guess perhaps from whatever spray she kept spraying on my hair. I did tell her I was not happy with the outcome but I had no time to stay there for her to fix. She cut me off and told me and I quote " I wouldn't have time to fix it neither because I have other appointments coming" . I paid her the $86 she charged and walked out of there in so much disbelief and felt violated and robbed. I literally went home and bun up my hair for my event. That same night I washed my hair. Worst experience I have ever had at a hair salon. Also l, I kid you not that the other lady that was there was getting highlights and she was also unhappy with the outcome because on my way out she was telling the hair lady why they had came out orange and so thick. I now wish I had taken a video or picture but I was just so angry and just wanted the day to just be over.
