While waiting for a barber/your barber, you can enjoy the random conversation going on or watch TV while having a drink from the fridge. All of the barbers and customers are all very talkative, seems like a big happy family. I've been going to this place for a good 3 years and have the same barber "Rodnie". He's very tentative, friendly and listens to me vent about all the drama in my life or food just random talks. He knows my cuts and cuts it well! The decor needs a little work(Too western for me). VIP STATUS: After you get cut and edged up, you get a nice cold or hot aroma towel on your face! LOVE LOVE LOVE - and if you're lucky you get a nice back massage! In short, I look forward to coming here every month! ps - bring cash! Till next time, KCYE

Shalene is always courteous, friendly and is another favorite of mine. There are also other wonderful stylists here also that I've seen over time when one of my regular stylists is off work or very busy. This location in particular has a great atmosphere. Everyone talks to you , makes you feel welcome and always professional. Frankly the not so good reviews I think are simply people you can't please. You can't expect to walk off the street visiting for the 1st time and explain in 1 min "exactly" how you want your haircut, especially if this is your first time with a particular stylist. I religiously come here every 2 weeks and if one stylist isn't available I'm confident using whoever is available and it looks great. I am very particular on how I want my haircut, but for someone who's not used to me, I also know how to ask for what I want. I've been a business owner for over 20 years and know good people when I meet them. This location has an amazing manager, Gabby, and a friendly professional staff. I would recommend this place to anyone. When I do online check in, which is an amazing feature , I always notice this location always has a long wait time compared to other locations. I say it's because of the amazing crew and top management and a great group of friendly and welcoming people. Love this place ! My deepest respect for these ladies who put up with so much yet always smile and do their best to see your happy and return again. Amazing group of just good people. I always see smiles and happy customers. I've never once seen anyone leave unhappy or not satisfied and enjoyed their haircut and conversation. Thank you ladies for all you do for everyone !!!!!!
