I will never see a medicaid dentist (and a word to the wise you shouldn't either). I was prepared to pay as a cash patient. I briefly mention the medicaid to the front desk and they refuse to see me at all, even as a cash patient listing a legal liability as the reason. I recently relocated to Terre Haute which is why I need a dentist, but I have spent the last 12 years in the dental field. I have never heard this rule before. On the bright side and the reason for the second star I have also never met a dentist willing to turn down thousands of dollars in cash, so you can probably trust them.
