If I could give Don a rating, it would be off the charts. Seriously! He is a gem. They treat their customers like humans and not just another order number. That is rare in this day and age. Don has called me personally several times with patience and with the utmost professional care I have ever experienced in my life. He should be recognized and rewarded!! I will not do business elsewhere and that is a testament to the level of superb service my mother has received. One of the worst experiences there I've had the this place this incident happened dec 28, 2025…read morelast name Ronnie or Bonnie--one of those last names she's a chubby dark skin older lady with dark brown hair extremely rude she got upset cause my 1 year old was crying and she thought he was playing in the clothes rack when he was beside me the whole time! She said "keep him under control or leave" . I looked at her and said what is he doing that bothering you? She never answered my question she just yelled out loud "don't like the rules then go ahead and get on the hell out of here ASAP." Like we had no bad intentions we didn't mean to frustrate her with my child being there I'm not sure what was going on with her... Even after she said that, we continued shopping, but she kept following us around. When I went to the cash register with Nichole, the manager followed us there and stood behind Nichole the whole time she was giving me faces and my child faces . I was even told by Nichole that it's typical for her to act like that with people. I've seen and heard the manger speak rude with her coworker before in the past but since I never had a bad experience with this store I didn't pay any attention to it . It felt like she was trying to intimidate me by following us around and giving us attitudes the whole time . she doesn't even know how to drive in the parking lot at roses she almost hit me and she even flicked me off and cussed at me... like girl learn how to drive quite being so miserable lmaooo. She even had to follow us outside and walked us to the front doors. Keep in mind, we were never accused of stealing. Please do something about this, because from what I've seen, at least three people, including a family member of mine, have had problems with this manager. Don't work if you don't like your job they need to fire her ASAP

AVOID THIS RAGGEDY STORE AT ALL COSTS!!…read more This is only RAGGEDY store that is always unclean and extremely cluttered. The store always smells bad, the workers who work here seem to have excessively low IQ's and I wouldn't be surprised if most of them are drug addicts. Just a ghetto little store that sells cheap, low quality products that no other big name stores will carry. The parking lot is in shambles and there's cracks in the cement and pot holes everywhere, the girl who rung me up the other day seemed like she was high on some sort of drugs.

Overpriced and incorrect orders…read more Recently placed an online CPAP order. Received supplies I didn't order (apparently the more expensive items, go figure) and didn't receive items I did order. Return process is outdated and convoluted. Plus a restocking fee. Plus shipping. I don't mind the shipping, but the restocking fee for items I did not order convinced me to move on to another supplier. Their prices are also high compared to other suppliers. Individual customer service people are good, but they're hampered by Rotech's rules. Case in point is being charged a restocking fee for items I did not order: any other company would have waived the fee. If you have to order your CPAP supplies, I would suggest looking elsewhere. Do your research and do not be trapped into ordering just because your doctor's office recommends them.
