I have to leave this review because the service I got today was absolutely horrible . The conversation the staff was having while in a room full of patients was horrible and inappropriate. While I was worked in the girl was in a personal call the entire time over my face talking about everything under the sun with her gf . I'm honestly in disbelief at the unprofessionalism I experienced smh . My reasoning for not using my name is because I'm invested financially and I would hate for any worse service . Hope to see better read more

I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. They are terrible. If I could give it 0 stars, I would. They are unprofessional and the the people that complete the routine braces checks are novice. They give you a 15 minute grace period when it comes to appointments but when you arrive you have to check in due to Covid restrictions, so they say. If your late they charge you a $25 missed appointment fee. When you arrive early or on time they waste on average 30 to 60 minutes of your time having you wait. Once called back you get your adjustment by one of the staff and then I assume the orthodontist comes to check you out. I honestly would know because as a parent that is paying for the service, I am never privied to the evaluation. I think I have spoken to the dentist 3 times in the almost three years my daughter has been receiving treatment. A few hours after every appointment my daughter comes to me saying my bracket is loose. When you call to let them know, they always say we'll fix it at the next appointment. Then when the next appointment comes around they want to charge a broken bracket fee for some trashy work. If I can spare someone from making the same mistake as me , please avoid. If you need a good orthodontist check out Bowie Braces. I used them with my older son and NEVER had any of the issues that are occurring here. I should have just stuck to what I knew instead of following the referral from the dentist. If you're looking into this place, proceed with caution please. read more

Today I got my braces removed and I'm so happy. The service has been excellent and Kevin was the best technician ever and he really took his time to make the process smooth. I would recommend Clinton Braces to anyone who want perfect teeth! read more

Although the appearance can throw some off, this is a great business. They are very quick and efficient, and have amazing response times. I went here to get my braces removed after a horrible experience with my other orthodontist. Not many places would do this let alone for such a great price, retainer's included. I love this establishment, and definitely would recommend. read more

I'm giving them a 5 star review solely because my teeth looks great. Mission was accomplished.

2 minutes agoNEW She refused my kid braces because of money. After taking consultation monies and providing a quote, this office refused a child braces because it was asked to run pre-qualification through insurance. Patient had 2 insurances and this office was asked to run pre-qualification through the 2 insurances to see what balances would remain. Instead she refused braces for a child after taking consultation monies and providing a quote. Beware it appears this office may be billing full pay and possibly bypassing insurance fee schedules. When a provider accepts any insurance they're supposed to be accepting the fee schedules of the insurance network...unfortunately some insurances do not protect their members by requesting this of providers. Now I may have to pay out of pocket for another consultation after this office took consultation monies from the insurance and refused the case. read more

I left a review on google, the owner responded but it would not let me respond back so I came on here. The owner tried to say it took a long time for them to help me because they do appointments only. I had an appointment for 9am and had got there early at 8:40 but still was not helped until after 9am. Also, prior to coming to the appointment, when I called to make my appointment she took down my insurance information which I assume she would have ran. So if there was an issue, I should have been informed before coming and wasting my time. Regardless of if my insurance is active or not, there is no excuse for the unprofessionalism. What I was coming for (it wasn't for braces) was probably something insurance wouldn't cover anyway and I would have paid out of pocket. Because of the rudeness and announcing to the waiting room that I don't have insurance, it left a horrible taste in my mouth and needless to say I, or anyone I know won't be coming here. read more

Please do not go here they are poorly staffed and customer service is terrible. The service started out good with my two daughters as patients but as time went on the service went down hill. My daughters had appointments scheduled for the beginning of August, the office cancelled due to emergency and had to reschedule to mid September. I advised the office my daughter had 3 broken brackets so they can schedule according to the time thats needed. I get a text message the day before the appointment at 4:38pm asking if I can move my daughter appointment to (original time was 2:00)12:00 so they can have more time to fix brackets. This appointment been scheduled for a month and they waiTed the day before to adjust her time so her brackets can be fix, I replied at 5:00 yes. I kept my daughter home from school for this 12:00 appointment to get there and they tell me I responded to late the appointment is pushed back to 2:00pm and they can not fix her brackets. They offer me to come back on another school day to fix the brackets. So know we missing two days from school because of their lack of communication and professionalism. I was told they understand they made a mistake on their end but they can not accommodate my daughter. I'm in the process of finding another orthodontist. read more

If you enjoying wasting your time, having appointments that should be 30 minutes last for 2 hours, and amazingly poor communication Clinton Braces is for you! Sub-par customer service is definitely what you'll get here. read more

This practice is STRICTLY all about the Benjamins! There has NOT been one time that I called to ask a question, and the first thing that comes out of their mouth is, "I'm sorry, but before I answer your question, I need to remind you that you have a payment due"! I'm so damn sick of these people charging $25 for each time a payment is not made on the EXACT day that it is due. There is no grace period for payments. They charge $25 for a missed appointment no matter the reason. My son got braces in December of 2019. Three months later the pandemic hits, and his last appointment was in March 2020. We were not able to schedule another appointment until OCTOBER of 2020, 7 months later! I kept calling, and the Asian office manager kept telling me that we should not come in UNLESS it was an emergency such as a broken bracket or something of that nature. So needless to say; what he NEGLECTED to tell us is that the longer my son went without being seen, the more his teeth would retract back to the way they were before the braces were put on. When we went back for his appointment in October, we were told that he had to start treatment from the beginning because the braces were useless because he had not been treated. Like WTF!???? On top of that, they expected me to pay for the services for the 7 months he hadn't been seen! Get the FOH! I cannot STAND this practice. Furthermore, they do not cater to anyone that has a physical disability. You have to walk up 2 flights of steps and there is no elevator. They continue to take in new patients and there is not enough room for all the patient's they have packed in their like sardines. There is not such thing as 6 feet social distancing as small as that office is! I cannot STAND this practice, and have subsequently taken my son out of this Circus! Good Luck! Be prepared to get TAXED! read more

I was having trouble with my bank so the guy who works in the billing department there suggest I pay down on my balance online or on the phone and stop auto payment. We agree on it. they charged my account in June and July which made my account go into the negative and overdraft fees were charged to my account because I no longer keep money there. So the bank ends up closing my bank account. I contacted them about it and they had me go through so much far as showing proof and they would fix it because in their system they can't seem to find it. when I came back with the proof from my bank they refused to fix the problem. Not only that but they have new people working on you and don't know what they're doing. One person broke some of my brackets off and LIED and said I did it not only that but she cut my gums up. Some don't glue the brackets on correctly and they end up coming off and then blame you. I guess that's how they get extra money out of you. Luckily there's one good lady there that knows what she's doing. BE CAREFUL IF YOU GO HERE!! read more

I am very happy with this office!! The staff is very nice and doctor Nguyen is honest and talented. The price is so much cheaper compare to other places and I check price at a few other offices. Others quoted me over $5500. Here for everything and retainers included, I was quoted $3800. Their down payment is $400 and monthly payment is very affordable. After 3 months of treatment, my teeth is so much straighter. What a big difference! It didnt hurt at all putting on braces. I brought my daughter for a free consultation and doctor Nguyen mentioned that some children require early treatment because certain problems if not treated early can make it difficult or impossible to correct later. However, she said my daughter did not need early treatment and she can wait until all her permanent teeth grow in. This save me money :). She was very honest and doesn't just recommend uneccesary treatment to make money. I was recommended by my friend to come here and I am glad I did. I highly recommend others to come here if you looking for an awesome orthodontist. read more

I would suggest consumers that are either permanently or temporarily getting Medicaid to consider other options for Orthodontic care. The Orthodontic assistants were awesome, nonjudgmental & explained every step regarding my daughters' treatments. Dr. Nguyen was very informative & answered my questions, but did not hesitate to remind me that my kids had Medicaid when I guess I asked too many technical questions. The front desk staff was judgmental, rude & inappropriate at times and violated HIPAA laws by discussing patients' personal information loudly at the desk. After my daughter received her braces, I was instructed to schedule my daughter for adjustment in 4-6 weeks. While I was attempting to schedule my child's appointment with the receptionist, the Dental Coordinator who was conversing at the desk with a separate staff member & interrupted my conversation loudly stating that Medicaid patients have to schedule appointments 5-6 weeks. This was unprofessional & a violation of HIPAA especially because the waiting room was crowded. The orthodontist assistant even looked at her with disdain. I contacted Medicaid to verify this information that was consistently being told to me when attempting to reschedule appointments. CMS informed me that it was incorrect information. When I spoke to the practice manager about my concerns, he apologized, but didn't hesitate to mention that it could have been that I was overly sensitive to what his staff says. Judging by other reviews that I read about their front desk staff, I know that I'm not being sensitive. I would suggest that management have staff review the purpose of Medicaid and make them aware that many Americans utilize Medicaid that are either temporary unemployed, on unemployment benefits and/or have employment that does not provide insurance. I would also suggest they not rely on unknowledgeable & judgmental front desk staff to falsely relay company policy as CMS policies, especially because they could be talking to customers that have medical background unbeknownst to them. And lastly, if they are going to generalize customers, just don't accept Medicaid, but if you chose to give back to the community you work with make a conscious decision to not value people base on their type of insurance. read more
