I needed some large bushes removed from my yard and around my house. I called frontyard fades for…read morean estimate. He came out to look at the project and said he would get back to me with an estimate. He quoted $1900 for the project and I told him that I would think about it. He called again and quoted $1400 so I agreed and told him that I wanted the estimate in writing. He insisted on having my email address to send the estimate and stated that he would not sell my information. Days pass and there is no estimate. He texted and asked if it would be okay if he came on Sunday around 8 or 9 to do the job. I said that was okay and he promised a written estimate before work began. He never showed up on Sunday. He texted Monday and said that he was busy with other customers on Sunday and maybe next weekend. If he had called that day I may have given him another chance but he's the one that set the appointment and I rearranged my schedule to accommodate him. I consider him unreliable and would not hire him and told him that I would find someone else. My email then exploded with spam messages. I guess he does sell information.
